All of my cakes are suitable for vegetarians. While nuts are not an ingredient in these cakes and every care is taken to prevent nuts entering the production process, for legal reasons I must advise that this product may contain some traces of NUT cakes also contain WHEAT, GLUTEN, EGGS, SOYA AND DAIRY PRODUCTS. All cakes MUST be kept REFRIGERATED until needed approximately 1 HOUR before. Because of the preparation methods and ingredients the cake can stay fresh for up to 14 days after delivery if it is stored properly. This is because the sugarpaste icing helps create a natural barrier from the air that causes cakes to go stale.
